    35-40 hours per week

    Hourly wage, commission and long-term incentives (equity in business)

    Key Functions

    • Business Development 
      • Collaborate closely with CEO on all business aspects
      • Contribute ideas and implement seamlessly
      • Play a key role in execution of strategies and client experiences
    • Customer Service 
      • Maintain client relationships
      • Prepare sauna sessions
      • Educate clients on infrared sauna therapy
      • Book appointments
      • Upsell packages and memberships
    • Operations
      • Facilitate general maintenance and sanitation throughout studio and infrared saunas
      • MindBody software system
      • Oversee administration aspects and tasks
    • Projects 
      • Monthly newsletter updates -MailChimp
      • Social Media - Online Marketing
      • Marketing Collaterial - Canva
      • Charity donations and communication
      • Customer Relationship Management- Insightly

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Entrepreneurial Spirit
      • Loves to learn and apply knowledge
      • Ability to work independently
      • Handle multiple functions
      • Self-motivated with high sense of integrity
      • Decisive in an ambiguous environment
      • Solution-oriented
    • Experience
      • 2-3 years hands-on experience working in a customer service and/or marketing capacity
      • Scheduling software knowledge a plus
      • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining calm
